Open a IT support ticket

- Go to the support ING Help Desk URL
https://support.ing.com.np/
- Click on “Open a New Ticket”
- Login via MS365 or Google via your official email
- Fill Out the Ticket Form
- Name: Your name
- Email: Your email (you’ll receive updates here)
- Help Topic: Choose the category ( ID card request/General Inquiry/support)
- Subject: A short title for your issue
- Message: Detailed description of your problem
- Attachments: (Optional) Add screenshots or documents if needed (2Mb max)
- Submit the Ticket
- You’ll get a ticket number via email.
