Open a IT support ticket

  1. Go to the support ING Help Desk URL
    • https://support.ing.com.np/
  2. Click on “Open a New Ticket”
  3. Login via MS365 or Google via your official email
  4. Fill Out the Ticket Form
    • Name: Your name
    • Email: Your email (you’ll receive updates here)
    • Help Topic: Choose the category ( ID card request/General Inquiry/support)
    • Subject: A short title for your issue
    • Message: Detailed description of your problem
    • Attachments: (Optional) Add screenshots or documents if needed (2Mb max)
  5. Submit the Ticket
    • You’ll get a ticket number via email.
